Maison de Puranique

Nearly 250 years of heritage, craftsmanship and savoir-faire

In Brie-sous-Archiac, in the heart of France's Cognac region, our story of distillation began in 1777. From the fruit in the fields to the spirit resting in our cellars, we remain closely involved in every stage of the journey, harvesting, distillation, aging, blending and bottling. Nearly two and a half centuries of tradition have shaped our craft, while a modern vision continues to define our future.

Rooted in heritage. Crafted for today. Pure & Unique.

A Note from Our Founder

The Vision Behind Puranique

Rahul Puranik in the distillery in Southern France
Rahul Puranik, founder

Puranique began with a simple belief: a truly exceptional spirit should be as distinctive as the moment it celebrates.

After nearly three decades in the beverage industry, I wanted to create something different, a collection of spirits built not around volume, but around quality, individuality and experience.

Our journey began with Jus d' Manguier, inspired by the extraordinary Alphonso mango of India and crafted in France. It brought together two worlds that have always inspired me: the vibrant flavors of India and the centuries-old tradition of French craftsmanship.

From there, Puranique evolved into a collection of distinctive spirits, including our French Vodka, Cognacs and specialty liqueurs, each created with its own character and purpose.

A Peek Into Our Process

Brie-sous-Archiac, South West France

Step inside Vinet-Puranik Distillerie and you step into nearly 250 years of French distilling tradition. Copper stills, French oak barrels and historic cellars tell the story of a craft that has been refined here since 1777. Within these walls, eaux-de-vie are distilled with patience and left to mature quietly for years, until time and experience say they are ready. Distillation, aging, blending and bottling all take place here, allowing us to remain close to every stage of the spirit's journey.

Today, Vinet-Puranik is one of the region's established independent distilleries, combining generations of savoir-faire with an international vision. That tradition has been carried forward by Bruno Delannoy, whose family heritage helped take the distillery into international markets beginning in the 1990s. After decades devoted to the craft, his philosophy remains remarkably simple: Passion above all. Because behind every exceptional bottle is not simply a distillery, but generations of people who care deeply about what they create.
