Pineau des Charentes Blanc + Spiced Syrup + Tonic

Ingredients
- Pineau des Charentes Blanc1¾oz
- Spiced Syrupcinnamon and pepper⅓oz
- Fresh Lime Juice⅔oz
- Cane Sugar1 bar spoon
- Tonicadded after shaking1¾oz
Method
- Add everything except the tonic to a shaker and fill it with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupette.
- Top with the tonic and garnish with a lime zest.
