Pineau des Charentes Blanc + Honey + Thyme

- Dried lemon slice and a sprig of thyme
Ingredients
- Pineau des Charentes Blanc2oz
- Dry White Wine1oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice½oz
- Honey1 bar spoon
- Sparkling Water⅔oz
Method
- Put the honey in the glass and stir the lemon juice through it until it loosens.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the white wine, then the Pineau.
- Top with sparkling water and garnish with a dried lemon slice and thyme.
